The Scheduling lane

Scheduling that knows your sales process.

Event types, routing forms with conditional logic, embeddable widgets, video meetings on every host, paid bookings via Stripe, and workflow automations on the booking lifecycle — built for handoffs between SDR, AE, and CS.

Event types for every meeting shape — 1:1, collective, round-robin

Build event types with the prospect-friendly defaults a sales team needs: buffer time, minimum notice, working hours per host, custom availability for power users. Collective events bring multiple internal attendees into the same slot; round-robin distributes evenly with weighting for top performers.

Every event type can have its own duration, location, branding, and confirmation message.

Routing forms with conditional logic

Drop a routing form on a marketing page; conditional fields decide which event type or host pool the prospect lands on. Route enterprise leads to senior AEs, SMB to round-robin, and existing customers to CS — without exposing the logic.

The form integrates with the Lead capture pipeline so the routing context is preserved end-to-end in your CRM.

Embed widgets — iframe, popup, inline button

Embed the booking flow on any marketing page in three shapes: full-iframe (best for dedicated landing pages), popup (CTA buttons on long-form content), or inline button (compact sidebars). All three respect your brand colors and load in under a second.

Embed snippets are signed per-rep so attribution stays intact even when the page is forked.

Video meetings on every host — and rep choice

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams are first-class. Reps can pick their preferred host once and forget about it; managers can lock a host platform per team.

Recording, transcript export, and post-meeting workflows hook into the same lifecycle events as in-person bookings.

Paid bookings via Stripe Checkout

Charge for paid consultations, paid demos, or paid coaching slots without a separate payment app. Stripe Checkout handles the wallet, the receipt, and the failed-card retries.

Booking lifecycle workflows fire on payment so refunds, rescheduling, and follow-up emails stay in sync with the calendar.

Workflow automations on the booking lifecycle

Trigger emails, SMS, Slack notifications, CRM updates, or webhooks on every state change: booked, rescheduled, cancelled, no-showed. Sequences run on the platform without Zapier.

A library of pre-built workflows ships out of the box for the most common sales motions.

Two-way calendar sync — Apple, Google, Outlook

Bookings appear on the rep’s primary calendar instantly, and busy-time on that calendar removes slots from the booking page in real time. CalDAV support means Apple Calendar gets the same treatment as Google and Outlook.

Multiple calendars per host are fully supported — sync your personal calendar to block conflicts without exposing the events.

Customer testimonial

Round-robin with skill routing was the unlock. Our SDRs stopped triple-booking the same AE, and the booked-to-attended rate jumped fifteen points the first month.
