- How does the 14-day free trial work?
- Pick any tier, claim a subdomain, and we will provision your team in under two minutes. No credit card up front. We will email you a reminder before the trial ends.
- Can I change tiers later?
- Yes — upgrade any time from billing settings; the change pro-rates against the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes — annual billing is two months free across every tier. You can switch monthly ↔ annual at any time.
- Do you support SSO and SCIM?
- SSO (SAML, OIDC) and SCIM provisioning ship in the Enterprise tier. Contact sales for a sandbox.
- What about call + SMS usage charges?
- Every tier includes generous per-rep allowances. Overages are billed at-cost on the regulated-carrier rates we get; we never mark up usage. Detailed unit pricing is in the Help Center.
- How does AI receptionist pricing work?
- Comms and Enterprise include AI Receptionist minutes. Lower tiers can add it as a per-minute pass-through if you only need it for after-hours coverage.
